A little about me...

I'm an author, creator, grandmother, and a firm believer that some of life's most meaninful growth happens after 50.
Like many women, I've lived through more than a few chapters. I've raised a family, moved countless times as a military wife, built businesses, worked as a Realtor, started over more than once, and learned that life rarely unfolds the way we planned. Along the way, I've lived in different parts of the world, travelled to more than 35 countries, experienced profound loss, and discovered that every ending eventually asks us to become someone new.
For a long time, I thought I knew myself well. Looking back, I can see there were still parts of me I hadn't met yet. Beneath the busy years, the responsibilities, and the roles I played for others, there was a quieter voice waiting to be heard.
Through journaling, meditation, self-reflection, and a willingness to look honestly at my own patterns, I started reconnecting with myself in a deeper way. That journey eventually became my book, A Self-Love Journey, but more importantly, it changed how I experience my life.
Today, I write and create content about personal growth, healing, relationships, nervous system patterns, authenticity, and the courage it takes to reinvent yourself at any age. My goal isn't to offer perfect answers. It's to share honest conversations that help people feel a little less alone as they navigate their own changes.
Recently, I made a major move across the country to be closer to my grandchildren. It was one more reminder that it's never too late to choose what matters most.
If you're in a season of transition, questioning old identities, rebuilding after loss, or simply wondering what's next, you're in good company here.
Life doesn't stop asking us to grow. And sometimes the most interesting chapters are the ones we never saw coming. 💜
