The story behind "A Self-Love Journey"

It still feels a little surreal to see A Self-Love Journey finally out in the world. This book has lived in my heart for years — in the quiet mornings when I was figuring out who I was becoming, in the long stretches of healing I didn’t think I’d ever get through, and in the small, steady moments of clarity that kept reminding me: we are never too old to begin again.

When I first sat down to write, I thought I was simply telling my story. But somewhere between the memories, the laughter, and the heartbreak, I realized I was writing for every woman who’s ever felt like she disappeared somewhere along the way. This book is for her — and for you.

I’ve learned that self-love isn’t always easy. Sometimes it looks like leaving something that doesn’t feel right anymore. Sometimes it’s forgiving yourself for the choices that didn’t turn out the way you hoped they would. And sometimes it’s as simple as sitting still long enough to hear your own truth again.

If you’ve ever wondered where to start, let it be here: with one small decision to treat yourself with a little more grace than yesterday.

Thank you for walking beside me in this new chapter. You can find A Self-Love Journey, Kindle edition, on Amazon here https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FXJBJC1L. The paperback edition will be available very soon, and I'm very excited!

And if you’re holding your own story close right now — I hope these pages remind you that you’re not alone. 💜

Books for the journey inward ~ and the road ahead...

A Self-Love Journey shares my self-love exploration, and how that can help YOU with everything from healing, self-trust, and rediscovering yourself  - to dating and finding your joy - all with compassion and clarity.  I also offer a free, downloadable companion journal you can use with this book. Get it here, on this website.

Why Good Men Get Stuck in Dating is written for men — answering questions men may have if they had the chance to talk with a women they liked, but things didn't work out with.  It's a shoot-from-the-hip, no nonsense look at dating patterns, emotional blind spots, and what often stalls connection, offered with honesty rather than judgment.

The Stories We Carry

So much of who we become is shaped by experiences, beliefs and patterns we picked up long before we understood them. The Stories We Carry is a guided journey of self-discovery designed to help you understand where those patterns came from, recognize what may no longer serve you, and move forward with greater self-awareness, compassion and intention.

Through thoughtful reflection, practical exercises and insights drawn from psychology and personal growth, this book invites you to look at your story with new eyes—and decide what you want to carry forward.
