The story behind "A Self-Love Journey"

It still feels a little surreal to see A Self-Love Journey finally out in the world. This book has lived in my heart for years — in the quiet mornings when I was figuring out who I was becoming, in the long stretches of healing I didn’t think I’d ever get through, and in the small, steady moments of clarity that kept reminding me: we are never too old to begin again.

When I first sat down to write, I thought I was simply telling my story. But somewhere between the memories, the laughter, and the heartbreak, I realized I was writing for every woman who’s ever felt like she disappeared somewhere along the way. This book is for her — and for you.

I’ve learned that self-love isn’t always easy. Sometimes it looks like leaving something that doesn’t feel right anymore. Sometimes it’s forgiving yourself for the choices that didn’t turn out the way you hoped they would. And sometimes it’s as simple as sitting still long enough to hear your own truth again.

If you’ve ever wondered where to start, let it be here: with one small decision to treat yourself with a little more grace than yesterday.

Thank you for walking beside me in this new chapter. You can find A Self-Love Journey, Kindle edition, on Amazon here https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FXJBJC1L. The paperback edition will be available very soon, and I'm very excited!

And if you’re holding your own story close right now — I hope these pages remind you that you’re not alone. 💜
